Export documents list in SimplerQMS to excel

 Export documents list in SimplerQMS to excel

If you wish to export a list in excel, you can select the view of the list with the columns that you wish to export. The file is going to be exported as .CSV

1. Select the view of the list and select the columns that you wish to include in the export



2. Right click on the area and select Export



3. Choose the source that you wish to export


4. Select the location where you want to save the file 
The exported information may all be in one column, however, using a formula in excel to separate columns can work.
